ok 3 weeks ago my heavy set with X amount of pounds (not posting weight because is really bad right now).
ah **** it, 3 weeks ago I could do 9 reps with 155 pounds including bar, 2 weeks ago same weight, and could only do 6 reps!!! And I was giving everything I had!, now just the other day I used that same weight and voila I pushed out 13 reps!!??
What is with my goofy body?

depends on many factors, how well rested you were, how much you ate that day etc.. not a big deal.

minor ups and downs are normal... average over 5-6 workouts to get a better picture of what you are really lifting. IMHO, if your lifting to 13 reps, i would go up right away to 185 next time and try to rep out at least 5. See how that feels.

thanks everybody, the thing is I have lifted alot more in the past, sometimes I wonder if there isnt something to that whole muscle memory thing.

do a little test if you want have a 500-750 ml of water 30 min before workout, warm up the bar 6 rep then do 3 rep at 80 pounds , 3 rep at 130 pounds 2 rep at 165 pounds and then do your working set at 180-190 pounds and tell us how many rep u did

I find if I let my diet slack at all it takes me like a week to get back to where I was. Every time I go out drinking and suffer a big appetite killing hangover it knocks me back so bad.

Could be so many factor but those two thing should make a difference, and for the warm up rep range some people i see at the gym overdo the warmup and it really impair their working set..
