I've lurked on BB boards for years but did more reading instead of participating. I think it's time for that to change. Figured I'd be best served by a place reflective of home. :flagC
I'm one of those skinny guys who even at approaching 40 in a couple of years can't put on a pound by just eating. I've been terribly lazy over the last 5 years. Used to be about 10 lbs heavier when I kept at consistently years ago but I'm back on the wagon and am steadily climbing up again. Even though the weight is hard to put on I find the look still improves anyway. Definition and musculature still improve even when the numbers don't seem to move much.
Here's hoping motivation will keep things going. Nice to meet everyone. Cheers!

Oh I meant more as a lurker. I did sign on one or two with a name but I might have made less then 5 posts on anything. I was a reader really, not a participant. Don't even remember what name I used. lol.
Anyways, good to meet you. I think the goal I want to set for myself now is getting to a stage where I won't feel embarassed to point a body pic. It's going to a looong while I think. :)
Well at least by BB standards. I have always hated being one of these cursed ectomorphs. By metric standards I'm 176 cm tall and weigh about 145 lbs. As you can guess, I'm naturally small framed as well. Wrists I can wrap a thumb and middle finger around to touch.
With *ahem*...."help" 7 years ago I was about 15 lbs heavier...but as the old rule goes...if you don't use it you lose it. I'm concentrating now on getting up there by consistency and discipline first...chemical help second. It has it's limitations unfortunately.
