Hey guys, I'm about to start on Primo/Tren-A and T4...

I need a diet plan (meal suggestions) for an ultimate fat loss cycle.

Would anyone care to share some meal suggestions?

hey bud clean foods. lean meat, poultry fish, veggies and oatmeal, good cardio 30 mins a day but watch how many calories you are burning. if you are training with weights make sure you get 15 grams of glutamine a day. to me cardio and clean foods are the best for cutting fat. as long as you getting glutamine you won't sacrifice too much lean muscle. i've always seen peeps recommend some form of test with any cycle. it gives you the natural sense of well being.

I dont think glutamine does shit for you, the tren a will help you keep your muscle while dieting and maybe even add a little
