Last week I hurt my shoulder.......doing squats of all things. Dont ask how, as I do not know. I feared the worst..rotator cuff tear.

I rested it for 4 days and only did cardio, and started pinning HGH IM into delt.
I wont say its perfect, but I have begun lifting again, and have actually done a chest workout. I kept it light, maintained perfect form, and was VERY careful. Felt good.
I seem to be healing fast..... so i do not think it was rotator cuff, but merely strain or pull.
It was time for a week off anyways. LOL

I cannot say for sure, but the HGH into my shoulder appears to have really helped. Today, I have full motion, no pain. I am not up to do a shoulder workout yet, but nonetheless... Not so depressed!

I will maintain 4iu IM HGH until I am comfortable again with my joint.

This also goes back to my earlier statements regarding NEVER running a cycle again without boldenone or nandrolone

Good to hear that you are on the mend Bro....Interesting anecdotal observation on the HGH shoulder thing....Best of luck getting back!
I completely agree on the nandrolone point.

i have had similar reactions to injuries in the past, I was never sure 100% that I'm healing faster, but I sure felt like I was. Good to hear you're healing up, worst thing I fear is injuries! Time off from the gym is last resort LOL

thanks guys

i think a week off every now and then is a necessary thing, even on cycle. I always feel so guilty though, but it gives the body a break.

You should go see a RMT for some deep tissue massage.Last time me and my partner did GH our shoulder felt better with in a week.

good to hear things have improved after resting for only 4 days. It's a good sign then that you're able to lift again without issues.
Have you tried squatting again, or are you going to stay away from that for a while?

Tell me about it. Day 1, I couldnt raise my arm. It was done. now...no major problems. Just a little pain from time to time if I put the wrong pressure on it.

no squatting for a long time. Just leg press and extensions and curls.
I dont know what I did, but something didnt agree with the bar. Once I am 100% I will do some real light weight stuff again. Like 135 light. See whats up and judge my shoulder and how it reacts

IM or subq will make little difference with gh...it becomes systemic very quickly so the question is moot. To heal the injury gh will do some good, but for faster results I would use adequan 1cc EOD and Pennsaid 4-5 times daily along with celebrex and an ice compress. Also see a chiro who specializes in ART...this will help dramatically by reducing scar tissue and increasing mobility.

ART is just fancy name for deep tissue massage, you pay more for the same work done on you, just get a deep tissue massage

just for the nandralone point

i thought it only masked pain? It helped my shoulder alot to, but then when i came off it was x2 as bad.

Very true it can lead to a worse situation if the user does not ease back on training. It is not a license to train without pain.

nandrolone increases collagen synthesis and increased synovial fluid. Both will help in joint function. It is not a pain killer

Yes excactly and the more times you run it the more you want to just stay on it. It gives the user such a false sense of joint invincibility, why numb your joints up to a point where you are passing thier threshhold? Its hell comming off it. You feel so ****ing brittle after a good nandrolone cycle. On the other hand I am at my absolute strongest when running it, but force myself to run it on a blue moon. Not a wise choice of compound to run all the time, cause it just makes shit worse without it.
