Heat sensation on side of my lef calf.

Ok it started a few day ago, i have that weird feeling on my left calf, on the side of it, i get some kind of hot flash that come and goes at frequent interval, it really feel hot like if someone was puting a lighter close to my skin.. but when i touch there is no heat or redness or swelling it really ****ed up.. Anyone has any idea?

*I shot in my glutes and quads, could i have hitted a vein? (i do aspirate)

it is an injury, and a bad one. i have it too. Do not know how I got it about a year ago, but it involves the nerves. I think I blew something out doing heavy calf workout.

It feels like fire, and a tearing sensation.

If you do go to a doctor, and get diagnosed and a treatment, let me know.

It doesn't bother me much anymore, but I am careful bending over now, as that exacerbates it. I stretch daily, and am careful with the heavy calf lifting.

Honestly bro I think its a nerve related problem ... especially if you cant recall any acute tearing or anything. Basically anywhere between your low back and your toes there could be a strained muscle or something thats impinging on a nerve and giving you these sensations. Also knee injuries have been known to causes calf problems.

Maybe try a few sessions of deep tissue massage.
