besides that, Is there any major difference? Is it the same stuff in the vial/amp?

Yes they are the same hormone, however one is meant for humans one is not...

Also the mixing solution on the vet grade is very painful compared to the human grade

I was just gonna mix with bactrostatic sodium chloride.
