**** I NEEDED that so bad!! I have been off the gym for nearly 5 days.
I have driven to the gym, I park outside---sit there....and then drive off.
Been feeling a little down lately---there is only one thing that has kept me away from the gym over the last 15 years: WOMEN problem...this time is no different.

I am going into the gym today---I NEED TO.

click on the MP4 download, then convert the file to your format that you need it to be for your mp3 player, I have a coby 320x240 avi resolution player

I recommend this program for converting, it might take some fooling around but you will get it, just read your mp3 players manuel.

I use this in the gym when ever I am about to squat 4 plus plates a side, or leg press 10 plus plates a side, or bench 3 plus plates a side. It always gives me the extra boost to make almost any weight feel like a feather.

Very cool, and love the music.
Some guys wonder why I have MAJIN VEGETA as my avatar, a cartoon? Here is the answer it was that cartoon that started me off in bodybuilding in the first place and at the time the show was called dragonball then went to Dragonball Z, as a child it showed me that if I worked out that I could get stronger and larger with time. It's a reminder of my beginning and when times get tuff I go back to that basic logic.
