Thought this was funny, why spelling is important. Although I am the last one to be giving advice on spelling.

To funny....we kept our hores in a corral and rode them whenever we wanted as kids....Dad always said show the hores you are the boss or they will take over...sometimes we hit our hores with a willow stick to keep them in check....lol

Do you have any hores where you are now?
Some nice scenery for riding hores over there.

It is a good idea to wait for awhile and let the prices correct but make sure you are prepared to get in before things take off again within a year or so.
Where abouts are you looking? West towards the gas plant?

yes and water valley area....Not to close to Canmore/Exshaw, we arent millionaires...lol...
I really think it will be late 2010 before anything takes off again, and even that may be optimistic....We are just beginning to see what is coming IMO...
But we are prepared when the time comes...I cant invest in property to watch it depreciate.Although tempting from what we saw last wknd...The prices are falling big time right now, Beautiful acreages with beauty homes in the 600 thousand dollar ranges....And a lot of them have beeen on the market a long time and have dropped a couple times already....:friday
