Im gonna try cutting out the flax oil, in my other thread it was suggested, and after a short google, ive found reason to try going without it. I also read fishoils are a much better source. So, can anyone suggest the best EFA supplement out there?

I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm really liking it. I just add it to the am shake. As for EFA's, one serving has 2.0 grams of Omega 3, 0.6 grams of Omega 6 and 0.3 monounsaturated. Plus there's fiber, antioxidants and a slew of other things in it.

For best results rotate between big fish (salmon, cod) and small fish (sardine, herring) every 7 to 10 days.

sardines taste NASTY holy fack are they gross to eat. costco sells a good OMEGA 3 capsul with an eccenteric (spelling) coating on it so you dont get the fish burps. Ive been using this for years and it works very well, and is very cost effective.
