Insomnia on Tren need help

Well long story short i'm on Tren A 2 week on and cant fall a sleep i sleep maybe 4-5 hours a night what can i take to get more sleep

Benadryl or gravol work best for me. Tried GABA and other stuff, but when on tren Benadryl or gravol only work for me.

Melatonin may help but it is petty mild. Gravol works too but for me, it only works for a few nights consecutively, then it stops working.

GABA works wonders. plus doing cardio helps alleviate sides

5hrs isnt bad dude but 8 is great i know this one guy that could only sleep 2-3 :S

I used to take 5HTP and Melatonin together.....slept well, but it didn't knock me out enough when on Tren.

thats kinda disrespectful to the board, you know the rules but try and half-ass your way out of non-talking about it. building a community is hard enough, building a safe community is tougher, especially with people feeling the need to voice unwanted opinions on banned topics.

Yep very true,you won't have a deep sleep,but without it your sleep will be very light..stage 1-2 sleep pattern.

When on Tren, I gotta use zoppies (zopiclone) to sleep. Available in Canada only by prescription.
