I know, the whole balance thing, but my question is in regards to training legs that is said to release more natural GH and Test than training any other body part. Deadlifts and Squats probably the most effective.

Other than the whole balance thing and training all of your body does the hormone release we get from training legs really matter or make a difference when we are injecting 500 / 800 / 1000mg of Test? Would the difference be noticeable?

Your thoughts please...

I still think training legs is the staple of everything, its your foundation, can't build a big house on sand.. as far as the hormones are concerned I think it still does something to your natural levels but when replaced with synthetic i dont see it making much of a different.. but i could be wrong.. i dont know the exact science behind it.

I've wandered that also.. But i would think that since you're shut down there is no natural test boost available. that would be my take on it..

i firmly believe that being the largest muscles in the body, stimulating them stimulate your whole metabolism, and increase the natural anabolic properties in your body.

because your legs are by far the largest muscle groups in your body, training them recruits the most muscle fibres, therefore the stimualtion of your CNS to produce more test to rebuild and recover is obviously more. as for it overcoming your synthetic levels, i would think that there would be little if any effect on your natural levels if you are shut down or in the process of shutting down via synthetic introduction.

Even when training natural the actual time of testosterone release from a good leg session is very minimal and is over rated. I think studies showed that it was a small release right after workout then levels return. So to answer the question it would have little to no affect with cycle.

test release is one aspect. How about metabolism?

When I squat my arms grow. Metabolism, hormones... I really don'tknow but Squats and Deadlifts make me grow. Curls on the othe hand have little or no impact on the size of my biceps.

i think there is truth to what you are saying here. i notice that if i miss a leg workout my upper body appears less "full" or vascular until the following week when i can manage to make it up. i eat virtually identical day in and day out, so i know it has nothing to do with carb intake or overall diet. im not sure if they actually help promote the growth of any upper body muscle(s) but they do take on a different appearance when my leg training is in check, and consistent.

(I train legs twice a week always)

Thats funny, i came to that same conclusion a few years back. I haven't done any curl's in over three years..

I will tell you something when i competed i had the best Shaped wheels in the show, and i have no body hair,So this training legs will help with testosterone is full of shit.
Another thing people say is training legs or doing deadlifts will help your upper body grow is false, then i would have a massive upper body .
The jury is still out on this, but some think it does.

you still make gh naturally even if you are using test and gh....so keep hitting legs HARD
