View Full Version : Good cutting cycle?

Just as the title says, everyone is telling me to cut up, so I figured what the hell I might as well try. The only problem is I really don't know where to start, i've always bulked during cycles, running test, sus, deca, etc.

I mean I know I should start with Winny but after that I am kind of clueless. I have looked at some cutting cycles, but I am mainly looking for dosages and how to workout on them? Aka do I have to do lots of cardio or will working out 5-6 times a week melt it off. Can I expect similar results from winny as I would on test? Obviously not to the extreme test goes, but still getting strong while Cutting up. Also, how much am I looking at losing, my gut is the main focus as always, but I know you have to lose it from everywhere.

Also, my diet is pretty on par so I don't think I will need to change anything there, My diet consists of proteins, light carbs (in the morning) and veggies.

cutting has everything to do with diet.. personally I think as far as a cycle is concerned Test/Tren is more then enough to cut you up nicely,maybe with some oral clen or something along those lines.

I have heard people saying that the fat juts melted off with winny + clen.

but again, I have absolutely no experience with cutting cycles, only ever bulked.

winny is great @50mg/day, but so is anavar, what are your current stats? what do you eat throughout the day?

the fat will melt off if you have the right diet, worry about more what your eating not what your taking

test and tren. but like canadianmuscle says, it is all diet. drugs do not do it for you.
you need to eat right for diet, you need to do cardio 5 times a week. you need to stay focused and hydrated. You will become weaker, so you need to watch for injury.

it is hard, and that is why I will from now on maintain a lean physique. I am never bulking again. I will only ever go for lean gains. Slower, but it is too hard to cut so much weight all the time

Diet and training as everyone said are what will determine the success of your fat cutting.... Test Prop and Tren will help amplify results.... Winny is good but only when you get down to a good BF% and it doesn't burn fat like many ppl think...

Ok, first I will address my training and diet.

Diet breakdown:
Wakeup - Shake or Multi grain bagel
10amish - protein bar, cottage cheese or piece of meat
12 - meat, spinach, flavored water (0 sugar) and ricecakes
2ish - same as 10
dinner same as lunch
before bed cottage cheese

I mean, the diet changes up, but I follow those guidelines pretty well, I do not vary much. Sometimes ill have a can of tuna or something similar.

Workout:
Mon - Chest
Tues - Legs
Weds - Shoulders
Thurs - Arms
Fri - Back

Repeat

Now I am well aware I am not just going to take some magical drugs and all of a sudden be skinny, but I would like to get the most bang for my buck so to speak. Which ones will help speed the process up, etc..

I was going to run before i decided on cutting
Cyp - 500mg / wk
Tren Ace - 75mg EOD

But I am kind of worried about the shutdown, I had a very hard shutdown off of just test last time for some reason, first time it ever happened, but it felt like I couldn't maintain and erection for 2-3 wks after.

This is following a 40/40/20/20 nolva pct.

I do not want to develop permanent ED or something stupid like that just to get big. I do love my sex ;)

you can slightly adjust this if you wish, change up the chicken to fish and so on, maybe just eat some lean meat before bed, but this is a pretty good cutting diet that works well for me.

also i have to add, any green leafy vegetables are free cals.. so i would suggest eating at least a cup of these veggies with at least 4 of your meals during the day.. i prefer broccoli and asparagus.

how do you cook yours?

in the spring/summer i like to season them and put them in foil and bbq them, in the winter like now i just boil them and add some vegeta or salt..

For asparagus, i like coating them in a tiny bit of olive oil, or butter flavored pam, salt and pepper and grilling in the foreman grill for about 2 to 3 minutes. It has a great charred flavor as well as some bite left to it......mmmmmm...carbs.

that sounds very good.. olive oil is a very good fat as well.. but when im cutting i like to limit my fat to a min, but a spray of olive oil or pam is good to go..

also for the diet- you can mess with this a bit, I suggest adding in some egg whites in the morning with some oatmeal if you dont like the suggestions I already gave you.. just keep in mind when your eating 50% protein 50% good carbs.. and the little fat that comes with the meal already.. this diet works wonders for me.. i will never do a ketosis diet in my life, i feel like a bag of noodle on that crap.

One thing to try and take into account is that I am on a budget so to speak, I spend roughly 100$ every 2 weeks for groceries, so chicken breasts are out, i buy mainly steak and porkchops because I can pickup the lesser cuts for very cheap and I just trim the fat.

and Ill usually buy whole chickens when they are on sale to put in my crockpot and whatnot.

Don't get me wrong, I can usually get lots of meat for what I spend, but I just cannot afford the prime cuts and stuff like that

the diet i layed out for you will cost about $120 a week approx.. so yes it can get pricy.. but with that said, if you look hard enough, you can buy enough chicken breast for a whole week for about $40.. whole chicken is fine, bone in is fine as well, just cut the skin off.. cut out the pork chops though, too much cholesterol. and all the carbs i listed are very cheap, as well as the tuna.. just dont eat too much tuna.. firstly the taste gets very old and there is a ton of mercury inside of it.. thats a no no.

i would say thats a pretty good standard cycle, if you are running tren ace then you have to keep in mind that you need to start the cyp and do it for 3 weeks before you start the tren, if you want to start both at once then you need to get tren E.

I didn't want to run the long ester because if I get the sleepless nights and whatnot I want to be able to drop it right away.

would tren / test c be my best bet for a good cutting cycle, as long as my diet/workout is on par?

And on the shutdown comment, should I be super worried? Should i stock up on cialis? I've used it before to great success but I do not want it to become a crutch

i would avoid tren e. if the sides become too much, you're in for the long haul to come off.

Question, why can I not run the tren at the start with the start of everything else?

because it will kick in before the test, and yo uwill suffer adverse sides.
listen to canadianmuscle and start the tren 2-3 weeks after the cyp

looks great dude, just remember take 50mg of benadryl 2 weeks on 2 weeks off while your on clen.
