Im new here, started working out 1 year ago
been bulking for about 7 months
went from 200lbs to 240lbs
6'2"
BF17%
41" waist... starting to not fit in certain pairs of jeans LOL
So bulk or cut?

As far as bulking or cutting goes, what are your goals? To be brutally honest, you have made some solid gains in weight, but your body composition doesnt look that much different. You may want to lose some fat and shrink that waist to see how much muscle you've actually developed.

that is NOT a 41" waist.
I would still bulk up,you need more mass(thickness) before you diet down.Just watch your diet more,do some cardio get on some Clen,and some tren they both will help burn some fat off.

yeah i second that some test, tren and clen and a solid diet and you should be able to totally recomp your physique
i cant believe no one requested a diet check, usually the fellas are all about that. and the OP doesn't even mention gear....
with that being said
+1 on chemically aided bulk. like hbc said if your diet is in check you have the potential gain muscle and lose fat at the same time :D

whats your routine?
i see some lagging body parts including lats, and traps. Your arms have grew well, and I see some solid chest happening, but symmetry in your pecs is getting lost somehow.
all in all, your a big guy. You must be well over 6feet???
and kudos for posting pics. I wont until i am 6% and even then i probably wont LOL

I def drink alot of milk skimmed 2%
This is just a sample of what i ate today, no i dont have portions down to a science:
#1
Morning shake:
2scoops iso-natural
oatmeal
10g 1 scoop peanut butter
2 ice cubes
2 cups milk
+glutamine
+Omegas
+multivitamin
#2
Chili:
lean ground turkey, beef and pork
diffrent kinds of beans
veggies
2cups milk
Pre Workout:
3 BMF Hardcore Insane MG... just been trying them for the last few months, they give me a good buzz

Okay that fat burn link you have well its junk,go with just ECA's only.Ya my bad seem like everyone is on gear here so forget about it.
But milk is like fruit,or simple sugar will make you fat,so cut down to 1 cup then after a couple of weeks you can drop it.With a diet i take a few weeks and start droping certain foods along the way to make it easier.

they are my current pics :)
just probably not the greatest pic of my waist i agree from the angles it dont look like what it is, its an optical illusion.

IMO i think your eating more then your body is burning, i would stay bulking up just cut down on calorie intake.
