Blood tests

So i have been off cycle for almost a year , and came off with clomid as i usually do. Over the past 4 months or so i have noticed myself getting aggitated and jealous for no reason at all so i started giving myself 250/week of cyp (self admin. hrt) all is well on my 3rd shot last week , and now i need some blood work done .... cbc , vib 12 , calcium , creatinine , electrolytes , ferritin , glucose , iron and magnesiun and free t3/t4. Question....will my last shot (1 week ago) affect any of the results as i told doc i was not on anything ?

Well im on week 3 of 250/ week , the only one that i can see that may be elevated are my creatinine lvls , not sure of the others...
