Was getting ready to mix it and dropped the vial... bounced all over the place.

Should I shoot the entire vial or stick with my usual 3IU/day? Concern is GH will become unstable now...

help?

it wont be unstable, it will just possibly have damaged some of the hormone. Possibly.

is the powder really that unstable that a simple shifting around for a few seconds in the bottle will cause it to be altered and or weakened?

who really knows with GH. I've just heard it can become easily unstable. No way to prove it true or not :(

screw it. I took the whole 10IU. rather be safe than sorry :)

Must get some carbs on hand for later. Last time I took 10IU at once I went hypo during my workout lol

was it reconstituted already, it sounds like you were just getting ready to mix it...if not no problems, you should see the postal guys chuck the packs around...

Me neither, i stay away from carbs for at least an hour after i take my GH. It makes sense though cause GH converts into IGF-1 and IGF-1 being "insulin like" can cause you to go hypo. That is pretty much common knowledge regarding IGF-1.
