my current cycle

1,200mg test e/week
600mg deca/week
8iu GH/day mon-fri 4iu/day sat and sun
25mg proviron/day
20mg dbol/day
25mg winstrol/day
1mg arimidex/eod

I have been feeling fine until recently, i cant sleep at night due to crazy numbness in my forearms/hands.. i have to switch positions every 30mins or so, lately I have found myself wanting a sleeping aid just to get me through the night, i know its not due to any of the anabolics but its because of the GH.. is there anyways i can combat this issue? and no i wont lower my dose :)

Some say when they lower there carbs they feel a bit better, but i going to say this but almost looks like you will have to lower your GH dose, plus 6iu would be fine,do you really thing 8iu is going to make any difference in fat loss,or gains. You should talk with Mutant he is the GH expert on Outlaw.
Also try just the 5on, 2 off and see how that works out for you.

8iu/day is working wonders for me.. but if this shit keeps up I will have to lower it, i think many guys take 2 days off due to expense reasons, but i might be wrong.. either way thanks for your insight, i know who mutant is and ive seen many of his posts.. thanks

5 On 2 Off Is Just Something Made Up For Cost Reasons, No Real Reason For It.

I want you to try a new pillow. If u are sleeping with your hands bent under your head or face while sleeping thats bad, many hours with them bent in an awkward position. A good supportive pillow will help you not use your hands. I have one that has a hole in the middle, it was from my chiro.

STOP doing up right rows with a straight bar. Not natural for the delts nor the wrists. Try the ez curl ones instead.

Stop doing dips. Some guys set up 2 benches and hold their bodies up with their hands on the bench behind them. Again..not natural to bend your wrists so far back in such a strained position.

Voltarin rub is helping me with pains. So is an RX nsaid...meloxicam.

Get 2 pieces of foam and use them as grips, the ticker the "handle" that you use the lower will be the damage to the wrists.

There are wrist braces that you can wear when you sleep that will not allow your wrist to bend while you sleep and at the same time are not uncomfortable.

I wore them for at least 18 months. No matter what caused it. Your sleeping problems can compound it.

Funny, I was just reading about carpel tunnel syndrome and HGH use this morning. Basically the article I was reading said that Carpel tunnel is related to a vitamin B6 deficiency, and someone using HGH should make sure they are getting enough vitamin B6.
