I am quite lean these days, and I have noticed that I hold about 4 pounds of water on cardio days (which is 6 of7), and the morning after my day off, I am ripped.

WTF.

Any of you guys notice this?

I hydrate, but maybe not enough?

when I diet down I am usually drinking 8-12L of water a day.

On your day off d you have any cheat meals?

no, I have not done the anabolic or keto thing yet,

I have just been eating squeeky clean with limited fat, and lower then normal carbs.

about 2500 cal per day at ~ 65-25-10 with carbs mostly in the morning

carbs are mostly complex

cardio 6 per week, at around an hour.

Muscle gains have stopped, but I need to get ripped. Once I lean right the **** out, I will probably get into an insulin routine and then do the lean bulk thing forever. i will never let myself get above 10% ever again

Ditto @ 12L/day for diet time.

Thats odd, are you lean in the mornings when you wake up the days you do cardio or just the day after your off day?

Your bodies telling you something---> Cardio sucks!!!

That was the feeling that I was getting from this post as well.

1h may be too much.

Are you changing intensities, activities, routines?

Do you do HIIT or steady?

Rethink what you are doing it seems that whatever you where doing before was working well for a while and now your body adapted and this is happening.
