They're both great bodybuilders, but I'd take Victor at his best over Phil at his best. Here's why: Victor has wider shoulders, and Phil has kind of a bunchy chest. At this level, you kind of have to be picky to make a distinction... and that's two clear aspects of the physique that come out in Martinez' favour.
