there alot of bullshit products out there.
IMO all you need is:
-creatine monohydrate
-a good multi vitamin
-glucosamine
-fish oil
-AND THE MOST IMPORTANT: lots of whey protien
Whey Protein
Hemp Protein
Creatine (kre-alkaline)
Multi Vitamin
NO2 - for pre workout enhancement
ELOAD - carbohydrate / electrolyte replenishment
All of these have worked very well for me in terms of value and effectiveness

When you guys are saying fish oil... Are you talking omega 3 ? 3-6-9 ? Or a bottle of fish oil that you drink via teaspoon ?
Myself:
Creatine
Glutamine
Multi
3-6-9
Whey
Waxy Maize PWO
various joint supps
N.O. once in a while ( use it more to get wired and fired up if I'm tired )

I take 3-6-9, but generally when someone says fish oil, it is 3.
dosage should be very high. I just found a kosher jewish place that sells bulk fish oil. Like by the pail or drum.
I am not jewish, but whatever. **** the health food store.
30grams of fish oil per day
otherwise:

glutamine

That's pretty much it, you may change something in this list for personal purposes (I like to take 2g of L-tyrosine + 30 of glutamine sometimes in order to get better neural drive).
I know people that swear by accidophilus and the like...
If you can afford the best thing for you to do is a food sensitivity test to determine what you can/can't should/shouldn't eat that will maximize the absorption of nutrients.
A girl that I know did it and in her results vitamin C came as a food that she is sensitive, she stopped taking it and her health improved.

What exactly do you mean by Cell Mass Protein? All I know is the Cell Mass creatine blend from BSN.

Top grade whey isolate (isoflex for me)
EFA's (i use flax oil, or an EFA cap, fishoils)
CREAPURE creatine, micronized. EXCELLENT stuff.
Glucosamine
High potency multi-vitamin
Dextrose (post workout carb load)
These are the only totally proven muscle building ingredients. All the others are marginal compared to these.

No way bro. Purple K is one of the best natural supplements ive used.
before i started gear, compared to using and not using purple k, my strength went up waaaaay more on purple k. Its not much of a supplement for size though. Mostly just increases strength.

purple k is likely overpriced due to purple caps
i like it cause i can put a couple in my pocket and take to the gym. most other creatine is powder.

^^^ F`n right there that stuff is rediculously priced for buffered creatine monohydrate. Why not just get a capping kit for these moments?

Since when does increasing strength not benefit a bodybuilder in getting bigger? Every time I got stronger size has followed.

i have no idea how it works. Size obviously comes. But i notice when taking purple K, strength comes hugely in the Strength:size ratio

yah i bloated up like a fkin balloon.

I think you get less bloated from the purple k because you are simply using less creatine overall. I would be interested in seeing how you`d respond to using the equivalent dose of monohydrate you do with the purple k.

the point of purple K is that there is no water retention

^^^ I think it`s about dosing, purple k gives you 750 mg of creatine per capsule. I don`t know how many caps you`d take per day, I`m guessing not more than 4, which is only 3 grams of creatine a day. So essentially half of what most people who use monohydrate. This is why I`m suggesting you use that dose with the monohydrate to see if it works for you.
What I`m saying is it`s not the product, ìt`s the dosage, use each in an identical way, then compare. If this sounds stupid to you, by all means that`s fine, it`s your call and your money. Remember you can buy 1000 grams of monohydrate for like $20. How much would that cost you in purple k?. Monohydrate+baking soda= purple k

im not saying mono isnt the best way. whenever people ask me what they should get, i advise mono, and tell them not to waste their money on other crap that says shit like "500 percent more gains then monohydrate"
Purple K has no mono in it, its Kre-Alkylyn, honestly i could be making myself look like an idiot here, because i do no research on legal supplements, i just do trial and error till i find something i like haha, i dont know the difference between Kre and mono, all i know is with Kre it keeps bloat down and strength goes up. With mono i bloated to hell.
Never tried the equal dosing thing, so im not commenting on it.

If you go on any bodybuilding site and type in purple K and get a description of the product, it says :
100 Capsules
Supplement Facts
Serving Size1Capsule
Servings Per Container100
Amount Per Serving % Daily Value
Kre-Alkalyn® (Buffered Creatine Monohydrate Ph12+) 750mg
* Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet
† Daily Value not established
Other Ingredients
Gelatin, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate
you see where it says kre-alkalyn = buffered creatine... I don`t make this shit up because I hate purple k, just stating facts...
