Accutane Blood Tests, and Steroids

I had an appointment with my dermatologist today for acne, he said to take Clarus (isotretinoin/accutane)..

Heres what is on the blood test;

Glucose

Creatinine (eGFR)

ALT

Lipid Assessment

CBC

AST


Anyone with knowledge know which values are going to be thrown off do to steroid use...

I know AST will be if I am using orals, however I have not been on orals for about 3 weeks...

Lipid can be off, but I do cardio, and have a very good diet....

your CBC may be skewed too, since RBC count would be up depending on what youre running

but up red blood cells wont really look bad, high white or low white would but high red is typically good

they really only care about your lipid numbers and liver... ive rean tane LOTS and even have lab work infront of me... when my numbers were high, my doc just said "not overly bad, we know why they are high so no real danger"

why taking accutane and what dose/length ect??

i currently under my own care run 40mg 2 or 3x week to stay clear....it s the only thing that works for me

just looked... it was my cholesterol that was high.. rang 3.2-4.6MMOL/L and my highest was 6.67

OH AND TRIGLYCERIDES WERE 4.23MMOL/L...range 0.6-2.3MMOL/L

i would have been on 80 or 100mg day back then...no juice.. fyi

So basically, chances are they will refuse to prescibe me anything because my Creatinine will be high, lipids will be a little screwy, and AST will be elevated?

I have taken nolva for the last couple weeks could that help my lipids enough? Or will it only add to my AST being messed?

I dont want to say what or if I am using so if they come back slightly off and he asks me I will say, I didn't know but my workout shake has 3 types of creatine I guess thats what is causing the creatinine, also I have had to take alot of tylenol 1s for the last few weeks do to real bad head aches...

Cholesterol maybe because its my bulking season..

Ill tell him Im planning on dropping the creatine product, my headaches are fading so I will stop using the t1s, and i will try to up my cardio

I ran accutane last year while I was on a trip to banff and came back with liver values in the 330's LOL. My doc thought I had hepatitus. I explained to him my drinking situation that had taken place the week before but he didnt think it was possible to drink that much (pff amateur). Anyhoo, stay away from alcohol alltogether it will mess up your AST and your doc will cut off your script.

I did do a detox and had my liver done a month later and my enzymes were back to normal (for those who care :))

tren is very toxic. your results will most likely be fuked.

i had blood work done while on tren,my profiles were normal,except for high test levels.kidney cholesterol,liver enzymes were all normal,my doc knew what i was on ,and i wanted full tests done just to be cautious.o yea accutane was in the mix too.

really this really makes me happy, most people retype what they have heard but this is experience, maybe Ill be fine....

only what i mentioned are being tested so they wont see 500mg/week of test built up lol

Got blood tests back today

I was on TNT + Dianadrol

Nothing out of the ordinary however liver was slightly up, he said it may have been from protein shakes, nothing big...
