One of my buddies has a female client who has been using var at 20mg/day, 2 iu of gh in the morning and 50 mcg t3/ED. She has been following this protocol for about eight weeks.

Anyway she is trying to get ripped to she if figure comp is in her future, but she went to the doctor and he said she had gained eight pounds. She trains very hard weights 5x/week and cardio everyday. She was in decent shape to begin with.

Could this extra weight be water retention from the gh? I have heard that there are specific diets to follow when cutting to avoid edema while taking hgh.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on why she may have gained this weight? tweaks on her diet?

Thanks

Who cares about weight. Does she look better? Muscle definition? Cut? Vascular?

1. t3 for 8 straight weeks? i am no expert, but that is not what I was under the impression one would do. You need to come off every couple weeks for a couple weeks at least to not **** up your thyroid

2. If she is gaining weight...is it fat? Muscle? Water? she is going to have to figure that out.

3. long story short, sounds like she is not eating right and I have a hard time believing she is gaining weight when doing cardio everyday. Perhaps just waiting/hoping the drugs do all the work for her?

I'll have to talk to my buddy to get some shit straight, hes an "elite" trainer though, I'll ask him what her diet is like and report back.

50mcg is not a hefty dose of t3, and gh suppresses natty t3 anyway.

I have read that if you in incorrectly while taking gh you can bloat, I think this may be the case.

i would still cycle t3 off and on, but thats just me.

no need to cycle on and off T3. Run it straight for whatever duration you are plannimg. Taper up quicker and do a loong taper down.

I'm currently dieting down and using GH at 4IU/day along with 300mg/week test and tren and T3 added in for some fun.

I am following a low (no carb) diet at 2000 calories a day for 6 days and on day 7 doing a refeed eating whatever I want but not eating soo much that I am too full to move.

Different dieting strategy for me (usually diet for competitions eating a lot more calories) but I do not care if I lose some muscle mass as I am trying to get myself to a more normal body type.

COuld be the dose of Var. Thats pretty high, esp for a figure girl. Could also be the GH as it tends to make some hold water which she'll drop before the show anyways and that water will expel.

But if she isnt looking like she's 8lbs heavier that's fine, its based on visual not the scale so if shes looking tight and on pace then dont change a thing and I always suggest to stay away from the scale. I havent weighed myself in a year and a half, and I'm NOT dieting right now.

To elicit ghs' best lipolysis properties, what diet would you recommend sir?

Are there diets to stay away from while on gh?

 Well if she's working with an "Elite" trainer, I'm sure he should be able to put her on some type of diet that will help her burn off fat dont you think?

Ya well, good life "elite" means time put in and money made for GL, no?

I know you know of a diet that works best with gh. I have read your posts on insulin timing and know that they are the same as APs'.

Anyway thanks W, nate and Jonnyo. I'll/we'll figure this out.

Bro if she's doing a show there's more to it than following one diet plan laid out. Dietary adjustments are made all the time if the trainer is good and compounds are dropped added at certain points as well. Its not as easy as just asking for a good diet to follow.

Didnt mean to offend you but it seemed like your friend who is an elite trainer is working with her no? Well he should be able to put a diet together for her then shouldnt he?

There's too many variables and for me when i do a diet its catered to the individual and people pay me for that. I'm not one of these cookie cutter diet guys you see all over the place with all their clients on the same thing.
