i know very little of keto diets, but have been reading a lot as of late.
questions for those who have experience:
1. is there a rebound afterwards?
2. is muscle gains affected?
3. how long until you start losing fat, and realistically how much fat? I am around 10% right now. Love to hit 6.

Depends on how you run it. Possible ways to gain muscle on it, slowly but surely, by taking adv using the rebound system.

I am thinking go carb free for weekdays, and carb up for Sat, and half of Sunday, then back on er.

im on it right now.
350grams of protein
only carbs i have is 30 grams of dextrose post workout (50 for back and leg days). if i don't workout or just do cardio, i have none.
fats i keep mine at 75grams for now.
i carb the **** up on saturdays (400g) and half of that on sunday and im back at it again starting monday.
so far soo good. (ill probably take out all the carbs 4 weeks out and replace witth only veggies)

I don't think that counts as a Keto diet.. i'd be suprised if you're in ketosis if you're having 30-50 grams of pure sugar a day with an all you can eat day and a half..

I have always found it to work real well for me.....Saturday evening and sunday, watch out, you get nice pumps and full looking as well as crazy vascularity once you get lean...I found that i retained most of my size and after the first week or so the weight didnt fluctuate to much (except carbups) but the fat dropped significantly...
