Hey guys. I have been looking through this forum for the past couple of weeks, and i must say, I am quite impressed with all of the information and knowledge everyone in this community have.

It is awesome to see such a great Canadian site, and I am excited to learn and grow with you all.

Yes. The -65 weather is my excuse for carrying the extra bodyfat on my frame. It is way to cold outside to be 10% bodyfat and under.....

i dont miss that shit at all. letting your car run for 30minutes and u get inside and its still hard as a rock. i fell for ya bro

Thanks brother. Yeah, my power steering is hardly power steering at all. Driving home from the gym the day after an arm and shoulder workout is down right hazardous.
