Are you guys sore while "on"?
I find that no matter how hard I train in the gym, no matter if I leave everything in the gym and no matter how exhausted I am when I leave the gym, I am not sore the next day. ...I know my training is not lacking because I'm definitely sore when I'm natural.

sounds like your over training and not giving your body enough rest.
SORENESS is not necessary.............usually soreness means you're not recovering well from the workout. The fact that you're NOT sore is a good sign!
This is what Dave plaumbo said about soreness taken from his thread on MD.

if you do things right with diet/training/rest and the stars align properly, your body is in a highly anabolic mode. Your body is repairing itself at a fast rate. Which is good.

I wish I had that problem. I still walk like a prison rape victim for the 3 days after leg workouts.

Haha I said I walk like them, not I feel like them. Picture Derek Vinyard from American history X, dude walks like a mummy after his shower with the nazis.
