ive just read a article that says aspartame was developed as an ant poison and only changed to be considered non-poisonous after it was realized that a lot more money could be made on it as a sweetener than as an ant poison! its a neuropoison!:confused: for more info go to www.dorway.com

It is amazing how much of the artificial crap is in everything. I would like to find a protein powder with stevia.

Xylitol is where it's at.

I've been avoiding artificial sweeteners for just about my whole life. The shit is poison. Like so many artificial ingredients plaguing our food system.

^^^ Good one. Honestly I think people overreact to these sweetners. Every sweetner to date comes out with research showing it`s safety, then another comes along and suddenly the old one is deadly. If used in moderation I don`t see how they can be harmfull to you. But then again I can honestly say I don`t know much about them.

Aspartame gives me the worst migraine type headaches. There is so much big $ and corruption regarding the allowing of aspartame in food. It's disgusting.

Anyone know if sucralose is better than aspartame? I know that aspartame is the worst one, and that sucralose is chlorinated sugar. So it is essentially still artificial.

I use stevia for my coffee, but I never found a protein powder sweetened with stevia. That would make my day. Perhaps one of the sponsors who order protein powders in may know of a brand.

You can customize it any way you want. Stevia is one of the options. Not sure about any other brands.
