Just wondering what everyone does...
After work. I usually get there around 5:50-6:15pm.

I work shift work so it varies. However, my favourite time to train is at 7:30PM.

weekdays 6pm
weekends whenever, but generally early afternoon

I like goin late just before the gym at the college closes because there is hardly anyone there and I dont have to wait for equipment or have any distractions. anyone lingering are usually serious also none of those punk kids doin 20 sets of arms.

usually late in the evenings for me right now. When my work schedule allowed a few months ago I was going to the gym in the afternoon around 1-2pm...it was never too busy at that time.

i prefer mid afternoon or morning...i feel i've got the most energy/intensity at that time, my gym is also relatively quiet then!

I have been doing the later at night then as well recently. 9 or 10 pm, the gym is realitively empty and I love it. Only draw back is it cuts into sleeping time.

I get there when I get there...I try to consistant with times, but my job doesn't allow for that. If I had a choice, it would be 1 body part in the morning, because I feel good all day after i train, and 1 body part in the eve, because then I sleep like a baby.
And like Arnold said..."a pump is like cumming", so I would be cumming 24 hrs a day.

i work up in northern alberta in a camp i work 3 weeks on then head home for a week

train in the AM bout noon till 1 then PM usually 5-6:30ish..I have the added benefit of working were i work out so its finish my workout..and PUnch IN for reg. work..:(

Usually train 5ish right after work and as soon as i get up if i workout on the weekends

Well I had no choice but to train at 4:30 to 5:45 as my first client start's at 6:30/ needed my body to cool down get some protein in me plus my goodies, and of course shower!!! Mon/Wed/Fri/ and cardio 30m low impact on Tue/Thurs 5:30 am on empty stomach...Weekends off, If I were try and train after work forget it, or in between client'
not happing most show up early and I want to get home to sleep....

7 pm 3x/wk full body - starting strength - wichita falls... soon to be advanced novice. (woo hoo)
I'm thinking about splitting it up into multiple very short workouts to see if I can extend the advanced novice improvements before I have to move on to an intermediate program. We shall see.
nightime is the rightime. always 9 or 10pm, that's when i feel most energetic :D

Whenever it's convenient; mostly at night time.
between 7 and 9am......cant train at night cuz my job kills me.....hard labour blows

I am extremely lucky, I don't start work until 10am, so I do my workout in the morning around 8am.
I love working out in the morning because it leaves my evenings free.

I usually work out in the evenings myself, although the odd time I workout an hour or two after I wakeup usually on weekends

I am in the gym at 5:30 am, every weekday... I find I am too tred after work to have a really good workout...

Depends on my mood and how busy work is, but usually I train at 12:30pm.

10am before work. I feel like i have more energy in the morning. The stresses encountered during the day are enough to take it outta me lol
