I decided to keep my appointment and went with Dr. Silverman from ottawa, wont know how well it went until I get this giant bra vest off which wont be for a week or two

he said it went well though

Im not gonna type much today cause the pain is starting to set in now, he only gave me these 5mg oxys which do nothing at all, may as well take advil...need like 40mg at least but not gonna happen with a narc

i'll post as I go along, I forgot to get pre shots of what it looked like but the doctor took some, so when Im healed up i'll see if I can get those photos and we can all see the outcome

goodnight.

What did it end up costing you in the end?
was this performed in his private clinic or the hospital?

Have a good recovery!

Jus† remember, with time your chest will flatten out.. Initially you may not be 1000% happy with the results..

Hope the worst of the pain has past.

Will the scars line up with the areola and nipple edges?

The pain is still there having hard time sleeping, but I cant wait to see what my chest looks like so far, I go back to see him on friday to change my tensor chest piece and dressings

As for the scars he told me that was were he was gonna make the incesion so hopefully that not very noticeable

gonna run out of these damn oxys tho, these days they never wanna give them out...unless its a doc in the US

I'll post again friday when I see what I look like

Thanks all!

This thread brings back memories. I had the surgery twice! One time to get the gyno out and then again to fix the indentations left where the tissue was extracted. He had to take fat tissue from the surrounding area and sew it in where the "holes" were. A good experienced doctor should have done that in the first surgery, but my doctor must have been inexperienced with that particular surgery. The good thing about it was that he only charged me for the first surgery, and it was only $1,750.00. I was also supposed get a bill from the Hospital for the room fee of like $650.00, but someone must of screwed up the paperwork because I didn't get a bill lol!

For me the pain wasn't too bad. I think I only took some pain killers for the first 2 days. The worst of it was getting up from lying on my back. As I would sit up, all the fluid inside the wound would shift and it would sting like a mother****er for a few seconds. The worst is over after 3-4 days. Well except for the itching that your compression vest is going to cause lol!

You'll also notice as you heal that there will be some hard tissue forming under the nipple. That's just scare tissue and it starts to soften up after about 3-4 months.

Good luck with your recovery.

Surgery was last tuesday, to sum things up...was in pain for maybe 3 days...as of today just feels like a giant bruise, with some slight motion restriction...no fluid feeling rollin around inside

from pics I have seen a few days after surgery compared to mine, Im really impressed so far with whats happening...but the real results will show months later from what i've been told

sleeping is the only thing that sucks cause you pretty much gotta remain on your back
