I am kind of excited for my girl....She is going to start training with Nicole Ball, Tampa Pro winner and 8th place Olympia this year...She is from a small town a few miles from Where CC was raised and they hooked up and she is going to start working out with CC in the gym periodically, ( im losing my workout partner as her program changes)and bring her into the contest in spring and pose with her etc....
They start right away and she is going to help her offseason and post show..
I am excited for you Countrychic....Plus i hope to pick up some posing tips somewhere along the way...:hu

I think my girl made a board game date for us with one of her friends and her husband on Saturday so no luck there. :(

I once showed Nicole's photos to a friend who is a local Chiropractor and her comment was that Nicole was most the perfect muscle specimen that she had ever seen!

She is finding everything out shortly, i believe CC is going to her place to get started, or she is coming to our place...Next wknd, we will keep you all in the loop, ill see if i can convince CC to start a log...Shes a busy lady.....But this is a BB board so maybe she will...

:yeah very awesome chik!! We clicked right away, not a moment of silence. She will have everything together for me and starting Feb 1. She will be wanting to train with me once a week which is very cool, posing as well. I will be doing a keto diet, and will be training 5 days a week.

Very down to earth and just a upbeat gal, she's very driven and you can definately feel that off of her.
