Helios, best protocol effectiveness

I have used Clen and ECA for fat burning I'm looking at Helios as Clen made me shake and don't like what Ephedrine does over long term.

Anyone experienced with Helios and what protocol would people suggest on using. Can the dose of nicotene in it cause addiction. Or is that just placebo.

Take it like you would any other fat burner. Find your tolerance and there you go.

I take 1 cap a day have went up to 2 caps.Very good stuff you will like it,i'm the same way with clen.Try 1 bottle out to see how you like it.

And you are certainly correct on your advice......particularly speaking of fat burners....tolerance is a key element.
