Here are pics of me from feb 2006, i weighed 207lbs at the time (morning weight nude no food or drink) I currently have 20lbs on these pics and am training for a contest here in Ottawa in November. Unfortunatly I tore a muscle in my right leg over a month and a half ago which is still healing so i have not been able to train legs. Ripped it doing 28 45lbs plates on the leg press machine, hit the 4th rep and a muscle in the outer/upper right leg started ripping!!!!! i will post soem mor recent pics once I get back into training full swing!

I plan on going up to 240-250 then cutting to a very solid 220lbs, I am 5'9.5"! I am going to attempt a light leg workout this weekend and see how my leg handles it. Thanks all for the compliments!

Great pics man. Nice leg development too. One thing though, I'd say you need to hit your calves a little bit. I hate calves. Hardest body part to get to respond.

Ya calves are and always will be my weak point, it is one of those bodyparts that you either have or you don't. they will never be in proportion with the rest of my body........

You look a lot like another Ottawa guy named Bulkmuscle , who has been on a few Canadian boards . You look very solid everywhere and I too think you would do well on stage . Sucks about the quad tear . I did something similar a
week and a half back squatting heavy . I both heard and felt the tear in the upper outer portion of my left quad . I limped for a few days but now it feels solid and I am totally without pain . I did not bruise and the muscle didn't 'roll up ' on me . I can train calves and hammies without any discomfort .I would like to test it again slowly but not without a considerable level of caution . You not being able to train legs scares me some . I am not gaging my recovery by your injury but I am curious as to what your symptoms were following the injury and at present . OK , so maybe I am gaging myself by your situation , lol . Hope you heal up and are able to compete dude .
