How to ingest Cissus Quadrangularis

How do you use the powder shit, drink it in a tea? gulp it down? It tastes nasty. Any recommendations?

You could get a capping kit and some empty gelatin caps and just make your own caps. I heard cissus tastes real bad. I was contemplating using this product, let us know how it works for you.

It's F*cking terrible. Too lazy to cap, thought someone would have a method for taking this stuff.

Some people have tried sprinkling it on food, but still found it tastes gross. So it looks like you will have to endure... However on the canadian med site, I checked and there is a nifty capping kit physique sells. Sure it`s a pain in the ass but it`s also 3x`s cheaper than buying pre made caps. When you cap supps, you learn to love your supps because you put so much hard work and time in capping them. Sometimes, I`d open my cupboard and just stare at my bottles with a feeling of satisfaction, kind of like when you just clean your toilet and it`s really clean for a few days. A real feeling of pride. Anyway...

Does it still taste bad if you just hold your breath, take your dose, then chug some water and rinse a few times all while holding your breath? If so, it looks like you will be taking up a new hobby.
