LOL i know you guys are all tired of this however im confused with this one.
So the shot that effected me was done last wednesday (5 days ago since post).

Now i have a lump (seems normal) about 6-7 inches lower then the injection (delt injection). It is warm and red the redness is not around the lump. It is a little lower and looks like a rash (i would say around 6 inches in diameter lol) Also i am very very soar and it hurts to the touch.

Its been a year from my last cycle. This is only my 2nd cycle and was my 1st shot of test e. Since then my 2nd shot went fine and has no pain. (2nd show was 1ml and 1st shot was only 1/2 ml) Test e @ 300 mg / ml.

I am super hygenic. I took shower, washed hands, swabed vial + arm, changed needle.

The source is also a very known source here and i trust it. Did i just somehoww miss the muscle and this is my bodys reaction to the test e? Or should i be going to the hospital? lol

Usually redness does not mean much more than inflammation. But your site is warm... Check your temperature and see if you have a slight fever. If so, go to the doc or hosp. If not, then take 400-600mg of Ibuprofin/Motrin/Advil every 6 hours and if it gets worse by tomorrow evening or wed morning, go to the doc.

Could be that the oil leaked out of the muscle and is causing irritation... same thing happened to me on my 10th shot. Two spots swelled up pretty big, were raised, itchy, red and warm.. however neither were painful (but this being your first shot, could be 'virgin muscle' pain, since it's been a while for you).

This is my first cycle, and so far I've experienced painful/swollen injection sites, warm to the touch, redness, itchiness.

Every time anything has happened it hasn't turned into anything serious and goes away in a couple days.

I'd say you're most likely fine and it's just a reaction.

If it doesn't get better or gets worse in a day or so, then I'd say it's probably a good idea to go to the doc.

Hmmm ... if it hasnt disapated in a day or so id say get it checked out.

I shot 1/3rd a CC of human grade Test E into my left quad for the first time and there way pain and redness down above my knee. IT was horrible for about 3 days, and gone by 5 ... I was convinced id torn a tendon or something.

Delts are a pretty complex area with respect to nerves, lymphatic tissue, and orgins/insertion of connective tissue ... personally I had no problems with glutes, biceps, or quads (after the original **** up).

thanks guys you are a bunch of help. Im going to wait 2 more days to see if it gets any better. Now this morning my saturday injection is starting to hurt and turn a bit red.

Is it normal to only get a reaction 3 days later?

Could be a few things but it doesn't sound like an infection but rather more of an irritation caused by what your injecting.... Use a marker to mark the outside edges of the area that is red and/or swollen and if it is getting worse over the next day instead of subsiding then you should think about going to the Dr or walk in clinic... At this point emerg is prob not needed.... However it never hurts to be over cautious with these things...

sounds like just a bad shot, I wouldnt worry to much about it right now, take some advil, put a heat pad on it.

do you think you might have contaminated the vial somehow ?

Hey boulderer :) you are right about the 2nd shot being larger and in the other delt. I have just mild discomfort and it started to become red this morning. I have another shot to be done 2morrow.. however i am going to wait b4 i get absesses everywhere lol!

Wow, that stuff was painless for me. Is this your first cycle?? First time pinning gear?? Just asking cause you may be very sensitive to the BA. I know my first cycle of British dragon test E, almost every shot was painful. Motrin/Ibuprofen will be your best friend for a little while..lol..

Well its been 3 days so far since the 2nd shot and i am starting to show symptoms. I am drinking a ton of water and going to go for a long run after work to clean up the blood stream.

If it doesn't get any better in another day,go get some antibiotics to help clear it up.But ice it,and take some advil,and don't play with it.I have did 2 bad shots in 18 year both times i went in and got some antibiotics and it got better.If you have a fever then go in right away,but you won't need to get it drained,let the doctor know you first want to try antibotics,and if it doesn't work then you will need it drained.

update : I went to the gym for a nice run and to work out a bit. Now the bump has changed apperance. It was a ball before and now it is a long stretched out oval.
It went from this : O to (=====)

It can stil go either way.. it could be good : (the oil is more dispearsed) or horrible (the abcess has now popped) It was very painful on the drive home. Now the pain has dumbed down.

(the Following shot was done 6 days ago) What worries me is im talking about an oval that is (raised bump) 4 inches long x 1 inch thick. Which seems quite HUGE for a 0.5ml sterile abcess.

On my other arm the 2nd shot (done 2 days ago of 1 ml) is a small bump and is red around it roughly the size of a twoney.

I am off to class now (damn night school.. i wish i did this shit when i was younger) & i am definitely contemplating going to the clinic 2morrow morning.

I've had this issue twice before the first time I walked into a clinic and complained of a sinus infection that was hanging around for over a week. The second time I ran into this I was prepared and ordered some Amoxicillin before hand. Still have the bottle of Amox even though its a vet. product. In both cases I was using the 400 test e.

The first time I did a delt shot I swore my delts swole up like balloons and were red and hot, and just painful for like 4 days, no infection just the way it happened for the first 3-4 shots or so.. same with pecs

What reason did you give in order to get the antibiotics? Is there anything you could say besides "I'm on steroids" that would work?

Here is how i told my doctor i looked him in the face and said,i have been on and off since 1991 and i won't ever stop since i like the feeling of being pumped up all the time its a cloud 9 feeling,and i don't about your horror stories,they give HRT to people for many years straight, if not for life to some patients.After this is healed up i will do another shot.So all he said was do not do another shot for a few week in the same area.

update :

First injection left delt (7 days ago) The pain is gone but the bump + redness + heat is still there.

2nd injection right delt (3 days ago) This one has started to hurt this morning and the bump is getting bigger and redder.

Im starting to feel that my body just really dosnt like this test and its not an infection.

Tonight would be 3rd injection. Im gonna switch vial and do it in the quad. I am also ordering some antibiotics online for future scares.

sounds to me like a reaction.....not an infection

I would try:

1. A different Lab
2. Buying some sterile oil and diluting the gear http://www.canadianmedsupplies.com/product.sc?categoryId=12&productId=24
3. Diluting the test with something like EQ.

If you don't want to tell the doctor it is steroid injections then tell them it was from B12 injections. No insurance will decline you for getting an infection from B12 injections. I would go to a clinic though, the risk is not worth it.

UPDATE : 1st shot *8 days ago* Redness is gone as well as heat. There still is a hard large lump in my arm. No pain...

UPDATE : 2nd shot (4 days ago) Its getting redder, more painful and larger as the days go by.

UPDATE : 3rd shot was in my quad.. it hurt like a mother ****er and woke me up 4 times last night. I can barely walk and i feel heat through my jeans.

My conclusion : The ba level is wayyy 2 high and is ****ing destroying me lol. Now before i start diluting this wonderful xxx product cuz my body is wussy and cant handle it im going to wait to reshoot the same areas and see how they react to the 2nd shot.
