Gear in the tourists areas is way overpriced and could be faked.
More likely to get prices cheaper in the non tourist areas in cities like Guadalajara, Monterrey, Mexico DF, etc.

Be patriotic and support your domestic UGL.

as the others have said, its legit, but very very overpriced. I would never worry about being deported as it isnt illegal in mexico, all the scams pharmas run involve talking to USA or CND customs.

Saw sustenon down in PDC last year but it's like $25us each! Plus do you really want to bring it back?? Only good deals are on the liquor!

The sostenon (weird spelling is not my error) while its expensive, is a ready to inject setup, complete with alcohol swipes. I think its a much better option than risking hauling any gear down their with you.

I never worry about bringing anything there, its red light green light push button whether you get searched or not. Even then they don't dig through your bags looking for a vial of test, they are looking for stuff you are bringing in to sell there believe it or not. Merchandise etc.

Ive been there and bought there also but at that time only paid 22 or 23 bucks for a rediject amp, those are your best bet if you are worried about fakes also because I have been told it is not worth it to fake those. The syringe is glass and is comes with a 21 gauge needle (ouch). Be very careful because in those smaller chains and stores(you will find drug & deli in cancun also) there is no control. On my last days there I went to farmacias ahorra which is a very large chain in mexico to ask for fun, and there was a SALE only 18 bucks, so it pays to look around.

I just took 1/2 cc test prop (200mg/ml) sub Q in belly at belt line. No pain whatsoever.
