Next time you're feeling sorry for yourself, the next time you feel unloved, the next time you feel hopeless, the next time you feel unworthy, unloved, unloveable, ugly, fat, sad, pitiful, angry, defeated, lonely, unhappy and any other negative emotion...watch this video.

Ya, I'm not gonna lie, my eyes watered a bit watching that. That guy is one amazing individual and everyone could learn something from him. Great post bro.

that part about holding his wifes hand.. yeah.. man... ouch.. sometimes the simplest things we ALL take for granted
