serm while on

i only have nolvadex and clomid on hand and im getting some gyno sides. i could potentially have arimidex in 3-5 days, but in the mean time or in the off chance i cant get the arimidex.. would running the serm at a low dose be beneficial to stop the gyno sides. i would rather hinder gains then have to spend 5-10gs on surgery down the road.

it will block the receptors, and work very well.

3-5 days isnt going to grow you tits though,

Well it depends on what is causing the gyno. What are you on?? If it is estrogen related than nolva will work great and it works pretty fast. Adex will take a week or two to get working so whether you had it or not right now, i would still take 20mg of nolva per day until the adex in working well (est. 2 weeks of adex use).

Now, if the gyno is being caused by progesterone/prolactin from deca or tren, then nolva will not help but will only make it worse. You would then need a prolactin antagonist then such as Dostinex/cabaser/cabergoline or Bromo.

Yup, nolva has a long half life (5-7 days), so 40mg eod should be fine

Ya nolva will do the job,what strenght is your nolva? Caps or tabs?

tablets, 20mg of tamoxifen per tab

get the adex for sure. You can take it at about 1mg a day to keep estro low. It take the nolva too with it for a bit at 20mg a day until symptoms are gone, then just the adex to the end. Your very gyno prone if your having issues with 500mg a week, in the future id run a low dose ai (adex) with any cycle to be safe.

Good advice!!!! Too many still use nolva when on tren/deca.

so i lost my arimidex (dont ask) and ive been on the nolva for 20mg ED since sides started, hasn't gotten worse since then so no worries there.

im curious as to what protocol i should follow now that im on nolva, do i just run the 20mg ed until the normal date i would start my PCT then up it to 40mg?
