Hi! I hope that this proper, if not please remove it.
I am looking for a supplier of liquid eggs and/or egg whites here in Canada.
Preferably, Ontario. I've tried a place that makes dried egg powder-Innvotech (sp?) and another that makes liquid egg whites/eggs by the kg. They keep telling me that they do not sell to retail.
I do not know any bakers etc. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? It would be greatly appreciated.
Peace

Go to safeway or a&p or whatever grocery store you have. Goto the dairy section and look for something that looks like a medium size carton of milk. They sell pure liquid egg white. It is pasturized so you can drink it. Also, go ahead and read the carton and email the company. They will tell you that you can drink it no problem! No need to order it.

Hit up Costco, you get 2 of the 500ml containers for just under $4. I load up on them.
