Ill start with BEEF (strip loin, tenderloin, lean ground)

Chicken breast, thighs, legs, ground. Turkey same.
Fish - tuna, salmon, talapia, perch, pickeral, cod, hadock.
Pork - tenderloin mostly.

Need to find some low sodium cottage cheese because i love to eat that shit but my cheek say no no.

there are 2 great grains that i dont see a lot of here... QUINOA and COUSCOUS. Quinoa has a great protien count, complete amino profile and is a low glycemic carb. COUSCOUS is a kind of wheat that is also high in protien. They both cook like rice and are easily flavoured. Made quinoa/honey bread. Was awsome. Made couscous (rice) pudding. Awsome. Ate both plain with some soya. Awsome. A good grain to give us some variety instead of rice rice rice.
