There are a couple threads on this. GSXR will be your best resource.

My doc started me on 350iu of HCG 3x a week to see how I respond. After a month and a half, nothing had really changed for me.

He then prescribed me 125mg Test-E a week, and told me to continue the HCG protocol in case I wanted to have children some day. So that's what i'm on now, and have been for I think 5 months.

Things are much better now.

As far as I know i'll remain on the HCG forever, as well as the test.

It's prescribed and covered 100% if you have health insurance so no problems there.

HCG is considered a fertility treatment under some health plans so they may deny you at first, you just need to get a note from your DOC / Bloodwork saying it's for low test, not fertility and they'l pay for it.

All the best.
