liv-52 and liquid shit

yup sums it up pretty much.. anyone as this side from liv-52? How you guy are running your liv-52 are you taking 3x3 caps a day like they recommand?

I have just started taking this so I don't know yet. In the past I have only used Milk Thistle. I have burped up Milk Thistle powder before and that tastes nasty.

liv-52 works fine with me, no liquid shit for me......maybe you should cut back on the dose

im taking 2x2, no runs here but if i take it before bed i get mad heartburn/indegestion and cant sleep...

i am only taking one a day. haven't had blood work, but i feel tip top, and #2 is regular

you will get over the shits :) i take 6 a day 2 in the am 2 at lucnh 2 in the pm
i take it all year round
