Been powerlifting for 15 years and will be doing a local BB comp in June so I'll be reading and asking around for advice. I hope to contribute as much as I can as well.

Figured I'd post a few stats:

Like I sad, I did mostly powerlifting for 15 years and diet has been, well, pretty much whatever i felt like at the time. :ne

- I am 35 yo, 5' 4" tall
- done 4 or 5 cycles
- weight was 188 lbs on Nov 1, but diet has brought me down to my current 172 lbs
- Best lifts are:
---Squat - 601 lbs (Inzer Z suit...I 'm not a fan of canvas suits in PL'ing)
---Bench - 308 (single denim shirt)
---DL - 501 (Inzer Z suit)

I plan on competing in a local Bodybuilding show this summer. I did a BB show when I was 16 and complpetely bombed it. I knew nothing about BB'ing. I thought that dieting meant "eat lots of salad" and i heard I didn't want to "hold water" so i didn't drink any...:laugh

I feel I have alot more knowledge this time, and the I-net is a BIG help. So hopefully I do well this time.
