Digestive enzyme timing

I bought a digest enzyme complex, at first I thought taking them right before I eat would be a no brainer, but what are your opinions?

as long as you take it right before or right after i dont think it makes a real difference.

Ok thanks Ill be sure to bring a pair of depends with me to the gym after then, do they have any cool patterns like the kids have? maybe skull and crossbones? haha.

i get the enzymes in my protien powder and they help out my stomach for sure.

what do they do? I have never used before

they just aid in the digesting process to break things down into more absorbable forms. I need it in the protien powder or i get farts and shits like crazy
