I have been watching his videos all day long.

The material is really good but his monotone squeaky voice made me sleep a few times.

I did NLC level 1 in October, to the end of the year I intend to finish NLC 2 and Chek 2 as well.

A shitload of work as I want to do Poliquin Level 1 and 2 as well (have Biosignature already).

Well my break is over time to finish it...:fart

Don`t those formations cost around $10 000 or something per level?

That is about the total cost of the 4 levels, exercise coach, pre-requisites and other books.

The main reason that I have procrastinated for the past few years about doing it!

On top of that I intend to do Poliquin Levels 1 and 2.

I believe that will be about $12.000 investment.

I wanna be in front of the pack!

Are these certifications for personal use or training others? Seems like A LOT of money. What is the end goal after completing everything? Do you get personal time with these guys to show you things? They both specialize in sports performance right? I'm just confused why it costs so much and why you choose these two individuals in particular.

Chek knows a lot about holistic treatment, prehab, rehab, post rehab.

Add a lot of granola info about eating, stress, sleep etc.

Poliquin is great with sports performance (probably the most knowledgeable have ever met).

I will spent some time with Chek when doing his Nutrition course nowadays he teaches only Level 3 and 4 and teh advanced nutrition stuff, apparently some of teh people in his faculty are better teachers than him...

I prefer not spent much time with Poliquin as his arrogance is unparalleled and he has a tendency to dismiss other people's way to think.

I work in the fitness industry already and have knowledge on sports, weight lifting, pilates, rehab etc, but never had the opportunity to go to university and am not willing to do so at almost 40.

There are a few good people there and I want to be one of them therefore I guess this is a good base for me to work from.

The plan is to study a lot this year, spend a lot as well but by the end of the year be able to charge more than $100 an hour and be fully booked.

Did CHEK exercise coach this past week. 8h of in class work plus home work every night.

I loved it!

The instructor was really knowledgeable and wasn't trying to be your best friend therefore he shared a lot of extra info and didn't get caught trying to make everybody happy and hang out (if you are in Montreal and need a guy for sports specific or pre-post rehab Yves Ethier is the man)

5 days latter I have my professional batteries recharged.

I highly recommend to anyone taking the fitness industry seriously.
