OK guys 2nd cycle time . I wanna cut down since i am like 13% body fat due to xmas n new years.

Stats : 212 lbs
1st cycle : 600mg test cyp/week

New cycle : 600mg test enan/week + eca stack.

What do ppl think as this for a first time cutter? Feel free to flame and say : This is stupid, cut naturally then use the test to bulk u ****ing newbie.

all advice is welcome.

That is fine for cutting. Remember it comes down to diet, cals used have to be higher than cals consumed.

I'd lower the dose, and run it for longer - just use the Test to keep you from going catabolic. 125mg Test E 2x a week. That and ECA. Good to go!

13% is already pretty lean no? You will be pretty ripped if you drop another 5% so roughly 10lbs of fat.. that should be easy to do in 1-2 months tops if your diet and training is in check :)

That is a fantastic idea. 13% is meh lean.. not 6pack lean though lol. Diet is def in check. If anything im way under hence eca stack trying to prevent catabolism. I really like where your going im waiting for more input but i think im gonna do what you say. Reps to you for the fantastic advice!

I was thinking maybe like 500mg a week test E and 400mg a week EQ for 16 weeks. nice an simple and with your diet in check you would get pretty lean.

That's alot of gear, but if it's his second cycle and he's going to do that he might be better off just making it a lean bulker and making his goal 10-15lbs of lean mass.. in turn lowering his body fat % at the same time.... Hmm.. decisions decisions..

What were your gains / changes like with your first cycle?

I have no problem eating the same things everyday so here is my diet :
7:00am Protein shake + fish oil + multi vitamins + tribulus
8:00am : ECA stack
12:00pm : Whole wheat pasta + fish oil + multi
1pm : ECA stack
2pm : Protein Shake
4pm : ECA stack
5pm : Protein shake + bcaa pills
6pm : Gym
8pm : Po shake Protein + multi + fish oil + bcaa
8:30pm : Sweet potato + chicken/fish
11pm : Pre-bed shake

You don't need BCAA it in the shakes,so save your money.Also you don't need that much test 300-400mg a week is more than fine for your 2nd cycle.You could even take less test like gsxr750 said and add some Anavar or some t-bol with it.

curious how you are defining 10-15lbs of lean mass?

If it's his second cycle and he's going to run 600mg/test a week, for 12 weeks, with solid training and good diet, he would likely be able to keep 10lbs of lean muscle mass... no?

if someone gains 10lbs of muscle in a year they had a great year.

13% is definetely 6pack lean. you're prolly higher than that if you can't see you abs.

If you're cutting with test my only recommendation would be to use an AI to keep the bloat down. Otherwise, you can cut on anything really.

just a small tweak, but id drove the 1pm ECA down to noon.

half life is approx 4 hours, some say 6, but ive heard 4 way more, i go by 4 anyway.

so if you dropped it down to noon you'd be spaced perfectly.

and looking at that diet im only roughly seeing about 120g of protein.
unless your shakes are double scooped. then ignore that.

I'd eat your sweet potatoes right after your workout if you're not having any simple carbs PWO to begin with, and remove the fish oil / fats PWO, have them before bed instead.. clean diet you got there.

Cutting comes down to diet so you could do it using anything. I've seen dudes run cutters with a-bombs. But, I think you'll see better results by incorporating some cutting drugs.

Personally, I would lower the test to 500mg/week or even 250 depending on how much size you want to put on (not too much I take it as you are trying to cut) and add 50mg/day of winstrol at the tail end. The extra androgens will make you took hard as ****.

Ok well i started my cycle.. and i am doing wut GSXR told me. 300 mgs test E a week + eca stack .
