Does anyone know why these things freeze up all the time, like have to pull battery and then take like 3-4mins to load back up... not rare either.. and never know till you try to call someone..

Mine never did that and it was the 8310. Have you tried flashing it to the latest OS? What model do you have and what OS is it running now?

You can check by pressing alt+shift+h

i was told that if you never turn it off (which i dont) then they get hot and the resistor inside can get damaged.

my freezes all the time, my 8310 froze non-stop and the 8900 seems a little better with the most recent software update

Try clearing some old e-mails and txt. Most people never delete them and have so much crap stored on there it will make it run like crap. Be sure to update it to os 4.5 as well

my 8300 was rock solid... as others have said, make sure you have the latest OS. My Bold was pretty crappy with memory leaks until I updated the OS.

Curve is a solid phone; if the OS update doesn't help try to figure out which shitty app is causing the problem. Uninstall all non-stock apps and run it for a while until you are confident it works then start slowly adding apps back in testing for a day or 2 in between installs. If a vanilla curve is acting up send it in for repair... they're not supposed to do that

I looooove my bold. Had the 8800 previously which I loved as well. Bold is just so much better!

Update the OS and Google how to increase the amount of onboard memory. There is a lot of garbage that you don't need that is eating up precious memory.

Mine is a Bell Blackberry.

I remember in my early 20s when I got a brand new sports car...I thought it I was the man---the radiator went on it out of the blue within the first 2 months...yeah I almost had a heart attack
Cars even the new ones, can be hit and miss...I think the blackberries are the same.

...just like when you get a girlfriend...you may a good one, or one that you have to return (to the streets) at some point :D :D
