US only??

You can also look at those pre-loaded visa cards that seem to be everywhere, basically the same idea.

walmart in canada? havent seen them. Ive been looking for them for a while with no luck. the best alternative is the BMO prepaid mastercard. Same like greendot except no money packs (you will have to go to a local bank or western union to fund the card).
