Best movie i have seen in a very long time...If you are a fan of Mickey Rourke, he is fantastic in this role, did he ever do a transformation on the old bod as well...I watched it at home last night....very good flick...It is in theatres, but i snagged it off of graboid video, along with Valkyrie which we are watching tonite...

This movie is very realistic in its depiction of the life of an indy wrestler... many of you have heard my tales on Nexus about getting stiffed, etc... the line in the movie where the promoter says "sorry... I was sure the gate would be bigger" after shorting his pay has been fed to me so many times Ive lost count...

Great acting, great dialogue, great movie...

Highly recommended, even for non fans...

I'm looking forward to this one, do you know many of the guys from the movie Hammer? I noticed Necro Butcher in one of the movie trailers, i remember him from the Bloodstock card you were on in Toronto.

Necro is the only one Ive met... I think thats one of the things that made this movie so good is the lack of big names... no glory hogs wanting more time in the spotlight... just guys doing what they love and making a movie about the shitty times doing it...
