When i was training i drank water consently allday everyday, but always felt dehydrated, really bad well on, still always feel dehydrated, since it has been cold, it has been really bad, my hands even a dry and hurt from it if out in the cold all day, have been back drinking water all day but doesn't seem to do anything, tryed cod liver oil, ( works great for my rotty) and worked great for me for a few weeks, So what else is there to help keep hydrated??

How's your sodium intake? Potassium?

It puts the lotion on it's skin or it gets the hose again.

One thing that goes by untreated by bodybuilders is dehydration and I'd say most of us are dehydrated most of the time and wouldnt know it.

Try adding 25ml of glycerol per litre of water and drink that all day, it will help greatly.

i read somewhere that if you drink too much water you actually dehydrate yourself, make sure you get your 3-4 liter of water and eletrolyte, sodium potassium, i also read about glycerol but never tried it, imma give it a try to :)

sodium potassium and maybe some taurine and an ounce per body pound per day should do it (or is it a half ounce?)
