How long??

Histroy= have been out of the gym for 3 years next month, kids and working alot. Have done a few cycles, Test E+Deca, TEst prop with tren twice, Last cycle i did was Test E and EQ (Equa-test), loved it!! So the question, haven't lefted a wieght in 3 years, but got a very physical job now, have lost 25 ibs in 6 months eating junk, So should i train for awhile before i get back on The juice or jump on it after a month or two?? Don't want to wait to get the body back lol. Have started getting the diet in order, and should be perfected by then. So when should i get back on??

Is Equa-test Still out there? still got a bottle not opened lol it expired a few months ago.

Workout a few months first. Then think of the gear.
Your expired Equa-test is still more than likely good, just might of lost little potency.

LOL not looking for a source!! still got sources, but thanks for the concern, And ya i know it will give me cancer and a small dick but we all got to go sometime and the old boy could use to loose alittle size might fit where i try to stick him. i can see how it looks like i am looking for source, use to be on Musclenexus, wasn't on it much for the last few years and it seems to have died.

Thats exactly why you should give it 8-12 months IMHO
If you use tren or somthing like that , you would want to lift more in the gym and you could really hurt a muscle or you somewhere ie: tear a muscle , tendon ect . Give your body a chance to get back in the gym routine before going back on a cycle . your " expired " gear will still be ok to use , just might lose about 10% potency if any
