Hi CBB. I was on Muscle nexus before but most of the time I prefer read then write because I'M better in freech.
I train for the last 12 years & compete the last two years at provincial level(Québec). My off-season weight is now arround 220 at 5' 10 but I was at 190 at my last show in July. Always been natural so the progress is very slow.
I learn (apprit HOW DO YOU SAY THAT?) a lot on the nexus so if I can help some of you, it will be a pleasure. :)

That's why I said I better in french ostie! You probably learn more than me on the nexus but what I whant to say is that I learn a lot in this last 12 years so if I can help..... Sounds better like that I think :rolleyes:

I wish he's not gone fall between two sets. What I LEARND from that is that we should always have a Dr. we can see if somethings going bad .
So, you are from montreal. I lived in Longueuil before I moved in Gatineau.
