I have experience with customs and steroids...if they call you to talk, your not in hot waters yet...most people will tell you not to go or bring a lawyer...well dont do either, you go and tell them your sorry for doing it, that your addicted to steroids, you wanted human grade gear and it was the only way you could get it...and then say your getting help...but if you go in there denying and stuck up, they can take it to the next step which is not good

and then never order overseas again!

if you're ordering safe, then **** customs. they have nothing on you until you accept the package. if they set you up with a controlled delivery, you're likely going to see charges. if they call you to talk, then do not make ANY statements whatsoever. All it takes is one faggot wannabe cop to ruin you after you make a statement confirming that you are importing a controlled substance.

i would be tempted to do what d-s says but in the past that never helped me out, shut your mouth tell them you never ordered it and never order oversea again keep your house clean if you still do oversea after that.. I saw someone having is mom house searched by 25 agent of the custom. Not the best way to make a mom happy.

I agree, never say shit to LE. If they do take you downtown, say nothing. Ask if they are pressing charges, if not walk, if they are then lawyer. Say noting else.

But this it not what I was looking for. I am looking for an example of a Seizure Letter.

Hey Im going by personal experience, it came from a lawyer who knew what he was talking about and I did exactly what he said and all my problems went away...Im no longer flagged as well, as over the last year I have crossed the border over 20 times, not searched once...I used to get searched every single time....remmber that customs agents arent the LE

I was lucky tho, they looked into my background and they gave me a chance to explain my self...not everyone gets that as mentioned above someones house was searched

Actually, customs agents have more power than cops. A friend of mines father was a customs agent and he told me a few stories of agents showing up at crime scenes and taking over investigations.

Well when they come to search your house I know Custom officers dont search your house they sent the local cop to do that. Cops work hand and hand with custom. Cops have more pull in all areas

like I said it worked great for me...I forgot to mention that nothing I said to them could of been used against me in court, they didnt record or even write anything down...its good now tho passing through the border with no troubles

Yes they do fed cops have more pull then local but as it goes for custom officers they dont have any pull off the boarder/ airport all they can do is give the info they have to the poilice and the poilice deal with it..
